How to Select Libraries to View

1. Start by choosing whether you want to view the results in an HTML page, or download them into a text file.

2. Next you need to select a range of libraries' names to view in the "Current Range" list. You can do this by specifying the first letter of the libraries' names, or by specifying the range of the first letter of the libraries' names, or by searching for text contained in the libraries' names.

3. Now you can select one or more libraries in the "Current Range" list and click the "Add" button to add them to the running list. If you want to add more libraries simply repeat these steps adding more libraries to the "Running List" list.

4. Click on the "View" button when you have all the libraries you wish to view in the "Running List" list.

5. Or if you know the library ID of the library you're searching for, you can enter it in the text box and click the "View" button.

6. If you chose to view HTML, a new window will pop up with the plate/collection information you requested. If you chose to download, a prompt will pop up, asking where you want to save the file.
