The I.M.A.G.E. Consortium
| Knowing the tissues source of the clones within a cluster can be very informative. Finding a cluster ( or set of clusters) that are predominantly from a single tissue can give clues to or aid in the confirmation of gene function. Discovering that a group of clusters (genes) are always found in the same set of tissues may also give some indication that those genes function together. |
| Tissues in IMAGEne retrieves clusters that have a selected percentage of clones from a selected tissue type. |
